The first package includes a due diligence assessment carried out on one or two properties proposed by the client.
This package includes:

− on-site visits
− evaluation of both feasibility and projected costs.
GUIDED SEARCH
The second package differs from the first by offering a more in-depth and hands-on advisory approach.
It includes:
− tailored property research and selection support (up to five or six opportunities)
− due diligence on one or two properties selected by the client
− preliminary design proposal, including feasibility and cost assessment
FULL JOURNEY
This is our most comprehensive package, designed to accompany you throughout an extended journey, offering continuous support at every stage — from property research and evaluation to design and construction.
It includes:
− ongoing property research and advisory support (up to 6 months)
− unlimited due diligence on properties selected by the client
− preliminary design proposal, including feasibility and cost assessment
− full architectural design, construction supervision, and contract coordination
